The tolerances of 29260 E spherical roller thrust bearing accord with the normal class of ISO 199:2005 standard but JCB height tolerances are tighter than the standard.

Misalignment

Whole-process quality control was carried out in bearing production, i.e. income quality control (IQC), process quality control (PQC), outgoing quality control (OQC). Metrological instruments as Projective Metroscope JD9A and measuring instruments as CMM Coordinate Measuring Machine RS-30 DCC etc can effectively control the product quality, make the outgoing products to fully meet standards, and additional accuracy are reserved further.
Impact Resistance Performance
In order to extend service life and accommodate working conditions, 29260 E spherical roller thrust bearing substantially improved the performance by optimizing the internal geometry and surface finish of all contact surfaces, combining the adoption of high standard steel with a salt bath quenching, perfecting the cage, roller profile and the geometry of the raceways.
